• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures and regulations.
• Understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions with discretion on confidential matters.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard activities as needed.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks accurately and promptly.
• Connect with customers to clearly explain banking processes and solutions.
• Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting teamwork and development.
• Assist the team by staying dedicated and updating colleagues on routine status.
