Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.
• A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented.
• A dynamic communicator with customer experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments as per procedures.
• Understand customer needs to recommend solutions while handling confidential matters
• Respond and resolve customers’ concerns using standard procedures
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes timely and accurately
• Advise customers on banking solutions and processes clearly
• Promote team effectiveness and personal development in a diverse environment
• Keep coworkers updated on status of routine activities
• Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements
