Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Wetaskiwin, AB, to handle deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and customer inquiries. You’ll assess customer needs, recommend tailored banking solutions, and resolve issues with professionalism, supporting a positive, efficient branch experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver quality service while upholding TD’s standards and ethics. 20 hours weekly role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) per procedures.
• Identify customer needs and propose banking solutions.
• Respond to customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately.
• Build positive customer experiences and contribute to a diverse and equitable team environment.
