Job summary

After in-person training, you’ll work primarily offsite, spend most days at a private workspace with a stable internet connection, and participate in team events at TD locations as needed. You’ll handle multiple screens and protect customer information with integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Unilingual English & (French & English) bilingual available.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills and a curiosity to help customers meet their needs and resolve concerns.
• Ability to multitask and navigate through computer systems and multiple screens with speed and accuracy.
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices.
• Flexibility, resiliency, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
• Integrity when managing sensitive customer information in line with regulatory guidelines.
