Qualifications

• Proven success achieving sales targets and business development goals.

• Experience managing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Prospect for new customers through research, outreach, networking, and relationship building.
• Manage inbound leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Identify key decision-makers and develop long-term customer partnerships.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and product recommendations.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through order fulfillment.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Re-engage inactive accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
