Job summary

MT Talent Solutions is partnering with an industrial supplier in London, ON to hire an Inside Sales Representative. You will proactively generate and qualify B2B opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for customers.

The role offers a $60,000 base salary with uncapped commissions and an OTE of $90,000+, in-office. Strong CRM usage and excellent communication are essential to meet targets and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of inside sales, business development, or inbound order management experience.
• Proven track record in outbound/inbound calling, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to thrive independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to generate and qualify new B2B sales opportunities.
• Engage with potential customers to understand needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts through consistent service and follow-up.
• Accurately record activities, opportunities, and client information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
