Job summary

Triple M Metal LP is hiring an AZ Driver for the Brampton, ON location. The role operates manual transmission Roll-off and Lugger trucks on an afternoon shift (Mon-Fri 4:00 pm–1:00 am; overtime as needed), delivering materials on time while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will maintain logs, complete inspections, and interact professionally with customers and colleagues. Starting wage is $29.22 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid AZ license with Air Brake endorsement.
• CVOR and clean driving abstract required.
• Experience with 13- and 18-speed manual transmissions preferred.
• Two years of Roll-off truck driving experience preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate AZ (manual transmission) trucks (Tractor, Roll-Off, Lugger) as assigned.
• Transport materials following efficient routes and schedules.
• Ensure cargo safety and securement during transit.
• Present yourself professionally when interacting with customers.
• Complete driver logs accurately and finish inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip).
• Perform other transportation duties as assigned by management.

We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of AZ Driver The position will be stationed at our 471 Intermodal Drive location in Brampton, ON. This position will be responsible for transporting goods to and from assigned locations while adhering to time schedules in a timely manner, while operating assigned Roll-off or Lugger trucks in a safe, efficient and effective manner while adhering to the rules and regulations of the road.

What We Expect You To Do

• Operate AZ (manual transmission) as assigned (Tractor, Roll-Off and Lugger Truck);
• Transport materials utilizing most efficient routs;
• Ensure safety and security of cargo;
• Professional presentation and interaction with internal and external customers;
• Accurate completion of driver logbook;
• Accurate completion of Inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip);
• Other transportation duties as assigned by manager.

You Have

• Must exhibit Triple M Metal LP's Core Values of Respect, Ethics, Service, Team and Pride.
• Valid AZ License with Air Brake (Z) Endorsement;
• Have a CVOR and Drivers Abstract with minimal demerit points and/or reported incidents;
• Experience with 13,and/or 18 speed manual transmission
• Possess a proven ability to demonstrate professional communication skills (verbal/written) with a positive attitude.
• Two years of Roll-off Truck Driving experience preferred
