Triple M Metal LP in Brampton, ON seeks a Team Member - Baler / NF Warehouse to inspect, grade, sort and process non-ferrous scrap, and to operate forklift/skid steer per safety rules.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to clear jams, perform routine maintenance, and help move materials efficiently on day or night continental shifts, with a starting hourly rate of $23.76.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse, distribution or machine operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform material inspections for purposes of identifying contamination at the baler, removes all non-conforming material.
• Facilitate the removal of material jams and complete all general housekeeping duties.
• Assist with preventative and general maintenance as directed.
• Operate counterbalance forklift and/or skid steer in accordance with operation policies and procedures ensuring efficient material movement

We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Team Member - Baler / NF Warehouse. The position will be situated at our 900 Intermodal Drive location in Brampton, ON. This position will be responsible for inspecting, grading, sorting and processing non-ferrous scrap metals to achieve operational goals and objectives. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, the control and care of the industrial forklift and skid steer equipment which is used for shipping, receiving and production purposes. There are 10 existing vacancies for this position.

Hours of Work:

• Continental Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7 p.m
• Continental Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Hourly Rate: $23.76
