Role Description

As an AWS Connect Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AWS Connect solutions to support enterprise cloud transformation and AI-driven initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native contact center solutions, drive integration with enterprise platforms, and provide technical leadership throughout the migration and delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AWS Connect solutions for enterprise contact center and migration initiatives.
  • Build scalable, secure, and enterprise-compliant cloud integrations. Partner with business, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to drive technical implementation decisions.
  • Develop technical documentation, configuration artifacts, and governance approvals.
  • Support integration of AWS Connect and related AWS services with enterprise technology platforms and contact center solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical support throughout delivery and migration lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications
  • Atleast 5+ years of AWS Connect / contact center engineering experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong AWS cloud architecture and migration expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Connect integrations and enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Experience building cloud-native, API-driven, and microservices-based solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's in computer science or related field.

  • Banking or financial services experience.

Nice to Have:

Availability to work in a hybrid model, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in the office.
