Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in automotive repair or tire industry.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and provide driver’s Abstract.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders and arrange bookings and communicate them to technicians.
• Provide service quotes, obtain customer authorization, finalize sales and follow up.
• Proactively call customers to gauge satisfaction with service received.
• Recommend tire services, wheel and mechanical services to customers.
• Ensure accurate billing and enter information in the computer system.
• Keep showroom promotional material updated.
• Participate in safety initiatives and training modules.
• Assist in inventory management and annual counts.
