Responsibilities

• Listen to the customer’s description of vehicle symptoms to gather information on the nature of their mechanical problem.
• Perform a complete walk-around inspection and review prior service history to identify additional needed service.
• Create work orders describing customer concerns to help technicians diagnose repairs.
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle.
• Provide accurate quotes to customers and obtain customer approval for estimates.
• Follow repair orders throughout the day to keep the customer informed of status.
