Job summary

Airdrie Dodge, part of the Kaizen Automotive Group, invites you to join as a Service Advisor in Airdrie, Alberta. You will be the primary liaison between customers and the Service Department, accurately documenting service needs and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, OEM‑compliant repairs.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and proficiency with dealership management systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive service or customer service role.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair terminology.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and OEM service platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, documenting service concerns and vehicle information.
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates per guidelines.
• Communicate recommended services, pricing, and timelines clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians for accurate diagnosis and timely repairs.
• Provide regular updates to customers and maintain communication throughout the service process.
• Review completed work, verify quality, and ensure customer satisfaction at delivery.
• Handle questions and follow-up needs to support long-term relationships.
• Ensure compliance with warranty requirements and dealership policies.
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and OEM systems.

Position Summary

The Service Advisor is the primary liaison between customers and the dealership’s Service Department. This roleis responsible forunderstanding customer concerns, accurately documenting service needs, and coordinating with technicians to ensuretimely,high-qualityrepairs aligned with OEM standards. The ideal candidate delivers strong customer service, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-pacedautomotive environment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, clearly documenting service concerns and vehicle information.
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates in accordance with dealership and OEM guidelines.
• Communicate recommended services, pricing, and timelines with transparency and clarity.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis, timely repairs, and proper documentation.
• Provide regular updates to customers and maintain communication throughout the service process.
• Review completed work, verify quality, and ensure customer satisfaction prior to vehicle delivery.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow‑up needs to support long‑term relationships.
• Ensure compliance with warranty requirements, OEM repair procedures, and dealership policies.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation within the DMS and OEM systems.
• Support a clean, organized, andsafetyfocusedservice environment.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive service or customer service role; dealership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair terminology.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and OEM service platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Automotive or business related education or certification is an asset.
