Job summary

PPG in Delta, BC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow profitable new business in the Automotive Refinish Collision segment. You will drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and promote PPG's Automotive Refinish products and solutions in the assigned territory.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will manage an existing customer base, identify new opportunities, achieve sales targets, and partner with marketing, product management, and support to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Territory Sales Manager role or similar.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, access to a personal vehicle, and pass a motor vehicle record review.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell PPG's Automotive Refinish products and solutions to existing and potential customers within the territory.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments related to the Automotive Collision Industry and Automotive Refinish products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer segments including Collision Centers, LIC accounts and Distribution channels.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress towards sales targets; prepare regular sales reports.
• Develop understanding of PPG's Automotive Refinish product portfolio and provide technical support; conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer support to align strategies and resources.
• Utilize PPG's Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) program for fuel/insurance reimbursements and vehicle-related expenses.
