Job summary

Assured Automotive is seeking a Detailer to support our collision repair operations across Western and Central Canada. The role focuses on prep, cleaning, and detailing vehicles to meet quality standards while collaborating with a team under dynamic leadership.

You will follow the WOW plan to maintain productivity and a high Net Promoter Score, with competitive hourly pay and a benefits package including medical, RRSP matching, paid vacation, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cleans vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by washing equipment.
• Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body.
• Protects and preserves automobile exterior by buffing, polishing and applying waxes.
• Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior (some stain removal may be required).
• Shop is to be kept clean by sweeping and daily emptying of garbage containers.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot at all times.
• Power wash the shop floor to reduce appearance of dirt as required.
• Maintain and organize the vehicles in the parking lot daily (incl. keys, floor mats and RO signs).
• Responsible for the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
