Pfaff Automotive Partners in Woodbridge, ON, is seeking an Automotive Master Service Technician to join the service team onsite. You will diagnose, repair, and service Hyundai vehicles, work with supervisors, and participate in ongoing manufacturer training while mentoring apprentices.

Qualifications

• Must hold 310S Journeyperson license.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive service.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Dealership environment experience is an asset.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Confirm findings with supervisor to determine repair or replacement.
• Discuss work with supervisor.
• Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults.
• Road test motor vehicles.
• Test automotive systems and components.
• Perform scheduled maintenance service.
• Provide customer service and document work performed.
• Mentor apprentice technicians when required.
• Participate in Hyundai and dealership training programs

Automotive Master Service Technician - Hyundai - Woodbridge Hyundai, Woodbridge, ON L4L 9C3

As a valued member of our service team, you will report to the Service Manager and work onsite at the dealership.

What You'll Do

• Confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit
• Discuss work with supervisor
• Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
• Inspect motor in operation
• Road test motor vehicles
• Test automotive systems and components
• Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
• Repair or replace mechanical units or components
• Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
• Perform scheduled maintenance service
• Test and adjust units to specifications
• Complete reports to record problems and work performed
• Provide customer service
• Support and mentor apprentice technicians when required
• Participate in ongoing Hyundai and dealership training programs

What We're Looking For

• 310S Automotive Service Technician Journeyperson License
• 3+ years of experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in a dealership environment is considered an asset
