Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager for Honda of Thornhill in Thornhill, Ontario. This role focuses on arranging vehicle financing, presenting protection products, and ensuring a compliant, transparent customer experience.

The ideal candidate has prior F&I management experience, OMVIC certification, and in-depth knowledge of financing, leasing, warranties, and protection products.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager.
• OMVIC Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, warranties, and protection products.

Responsibilities

• Present financing, leasing, warranty, insurance, and protection product options to customers.
• Secure financing approvals through lender partnerships.
• Structure and finalize vehicle transactions maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Explain finance contracts, terms, and ownership options clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.
• Maintain relationships with customers, lenders, and business partners.
