Responsabilités

• Deliver a customer-first experience during the claims process.
• Manage claims end-to-end, including coordination of towing, appraisals, repairs and rentals.
• Review and reconcile repair estimates to support fair settlements and maintain detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless service.
• Support process improvements and ongoing professional development.
