Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3–5 years customer service experience
• Previous auto adjuster experience preferred
• Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies

Responsibilities

• Manage repairable physical damage claims from assignment through resolution
• Complete timely customer contact and clearly explain the claim and repair process
• Review coverage, loss details, damages, estimates, and supporting documentation
• Make appropriate liability and coverage decisions within role authority
• Coordinate with appraisers, repair facilities, rental providers, insureds, and third parties to move claims forward
• Monitor repairs, supplements, rental needs, payments, and outstanding activities
• Maintain accurate and timely claim documentation, including clear file notes and next steps
• Identify potential fraud/SIU indicators, coverage concerns, or other red flags and elevate
• Recognize when a claim is potentially a Total Loss or Complex Claim and transfer/escalate it promptly to the appropriate specialized team
• Maintain ownership of assigned PD claims and proactively follow up to avoid unnecessary delays
• Deliver a positive customer experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and effective claim resolution
• Follow established claims handling guidelines, authority levels, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements
