Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Insurance industry, call center, or brokerage experience is helpful.
• Pursuing CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) designation may be considered.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• High empathy and resilience in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims and determine coverage under the policy.
• Inform and educate customers about the claims process.
• Coordinate vendor services (repairs, appraisals, rentals, towing).
• Process claim payments and document in the claims system.
• Deliver excellent service to customers and brokers.
• Enter reserves and payments per company policies.
