Qualifications

• 2+ years of auto claims adjusting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows.
• Effective time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• CIP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-first experience through empathy, active listening, and clear communication.
• Manage end-to-end claims, including coordinating towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals.
• Review and reconcile repair estimates to support fair and appropriate settlements.
• Maintain detailed and accurate claims documentation.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure adherence to regulatory and risk standards.
