Job summary

TD Insurance, part of TD Bank Group, is seeking an Auto Claims Advisor to support customers after an accident. You will guide clients through the claims process with empathy and professionalism, ensuring they feel informed and supported at every step.

You will manage end-to-end claims, coordinate towing and repairs, and review estimates to substantiate fair settlements. A CIP designation is an asset and a post-secondary education is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of auto claims adjusting experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows (100+ claims) with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a legendary customer-first experience with empathy and clear communication.
• Manage claims end-to-end including towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals.
• Review repair estimates to support fair settlements and maintain detailed documentation.
• Apply policy knowledge to explain coverage and ensure compliant decision making.
