Responsibilities

• Assists in the flow of production
• Maintain shop cleanliness
• Work with Estimator Team daily
• Production-related urgency and flow
• Help assign work to technicians
• Help moving vehicles
• Assist with Detailing
• Quality control the entire repair process
• Organize sublet work if required
• Assist in running production meetings/update assist staff with vehicle status
• Assist/direct parts department
• Assist/direct "repair planner" (supplement estimator)
• Assist in planning and directing technicians for the best efficiency
• Estimates if required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Clean Drivers’ Abstract, Class 5 Drivers’ License
