You’ll combine technical setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use, delivering guidance via phone and email to ensure a smooth client experience.

Travel during the second week of employment for training is required. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to share product features, drive client success, and continually learn about industry

Qualifications

• Live support via phone and email with troubleshooting of technical issues.
