Tricon Residential is seeking a Property Administrator to be a trusted on-site presence, delivering service excellence and efficient operational support to residents and the property team in Toronto.

You will manage resident accounts in Yardi, assist with move-ins and move-outs, and coordinate communications and reports. A service-first mindset, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential property administration or similar resident-facing role.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Yardi or a comparable property management system.
• Familiarity with residential tenancy legislation and basic collections or legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and dependable point of contact for residents and handle inquiries, feedback and concerns with care.
• Support residents through move-ins, move-outs, account questions and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate communications, follow-up, work orders and escalation to keep requests moving.
• Maintain accurate resident accounts and property information in Yardi and related systems.
• Prepare resident emails, notices, and correspondence in a timely, professional manner.
