Job summary

MPI is seeking a Yardi System Administrator in Toronto to support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Yardi Voyager 7S and related property management systems. The role ensures data accuracy, system efficiency, and vendor coordination while aiding property setup and technology adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

Experience with Yardi Voyager 7S and related modules.
Proficient in troubleshooting system issues and integrations.
Excellent communication to train and support users.

Responsibilities

Assist with integration and configuration of property management systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within PMS tools and integrations.
Onboard new users and troubleshoot access across Yardi and related systems.
Conduct regular data validation and ensure reporting consistency across PMS tools.
Provide user training and documentation based on common issues or best practices.
Manage service tickets and ensure timely resolution; escalate when needed.
