Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong insurance sales and P&C insurance knowledge, with the ability to match products to client needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Relevant provincial insurance licensing (RIBO)
• Ability to work independently, meet commission-based performance goals, and collaborate with Support Staff and colleagues.
• Previous experience in a brokerage or insurance sales environment is a bonus.
• Additional language skills are an asset to serve diverse communities across Ontario.
