Cypress Mountain invites you to join Big Bear Sports as Assistant Retail Manager, supporting the Retail Manager, leading a passionate team, overseeing daily store operations, merchandise, and guest service across Cypress Mountain's retail locations.

This hands-on leadership role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, an ability to manage schedules, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a mountain resort environment during summer and winter seasons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail leadership experience.
• Legally able to work in Canada.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Manager in hiring, training, and motivating a passionate team.
• Provide coaching and recognition to team members to foster growth and retention.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing duties and store operations.
• Deliver exceptional service on the sales floor and resolve guest concerns.
• Ensure merchandising aligns with brand standards and promotions.
• Support promotions, events, and inventory management across outlets.
