Whistler Blackcomb is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the 2026/2027 winter season in Whistler, BC. The role involves leading daily operations, staffing, and delivering premium customer service at multiple outlets within the resort retail program.

You will train staff, manage schedules, and uphold performance standards while benefiting from industry-leading compensation, extensive employee perks, and growth opportunities within a renowned ski destination.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of retail supervisory experience; ski industry preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations, including scheduling and payroll; act as manager-on-duty in the absence of a Store Manager.
• Maintain daily store records for performance, sales, inventory, and rentals as applicable.
• Hire and train staff in POS operation, product knowledge, guest service, and loss prevention.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback, recognition, or corrective action as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service through timely responses to inquiries.
• Participate in leadership forums, provide feedback on store performance and training opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned, including merchandising and rentals.
