Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort, owned by Alterra Mountain Company, seeks a Retail Sales Associate for the seasonal season in Ontario. The role offers shifts ranging from mornings to evenings, with weekend work required and an hourly rate of $18.31.

You'll greet guests, guide them through product selections, handle merchandising, and ensure stores stay fresh and ready for the next wave of skiers and shoppers. Training will cover product knowledge and our four-part selling approach.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales or selling soft & hard goods experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working indoors - it can get lively when the slopes are busy!
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays - we're all about teamwork and good vibes.

• Learn all about our products and help guests find exactly what they need for a great day on the mountain or in the village.

• Maintain our high retail standards by keeping the stores looking fresh, organized, and ready for the next wave of skiers and snowboarders.

HOURLY RATE: $18.31

FULL/PART-TIME HOURS:

• Full-Time: Average 4-5 shifts per week
• Part-Time: 2-3 shifts per week
• Shifts anywhere from 9:00am to 10:00pm; weekend work required
