Blue Mountain Resort Company is seeking a Store Supervisor, Retail to support daily operations, lead Sales Associates, and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee transactions, merchandising, and inventory, ensuring exceptional service and sales performance in a fast-paced resort environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach a high-performing team. Weekend, holiday, and peak-period availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills for guest experiences.
• Experience with cash handling, POS systems, inventory management, and retail operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily retail store operations to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales.
• Supervise, train, coach, and recognize Sales Associates to boost product knowledge and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Retail leadership to maintain organized, guest-focused environment.
• Oversee daily store activities including sales, cash handling, merchandising, inventory, and opening/closing.
• Act as escalation point for guest questions and concerns with timely resolutions.
• Support onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and development initiatives.
• Ensure visual merchandising, inventory controls, and store standards are maintained.
