Reitmans is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive store performance, coaching associates, managing inventory, and ensuring brand standards on the sales floor.

You will participate in hiring, training, and performance management while maintaining a positive culture aligned with the brand. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in team management or supervision in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and engage the team in upholding service standards.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure with high performance and quality.
• Proven ability to lead a team toward achieving objectives.
• Ability to drive strong sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for fashion with good sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Standing for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.
