RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and motivate the team. You will support coaching, customer experience, and brand-driven initiatives to ensure an exceptional store environment.

You will help manage inventory, onboarding, and KPI-driven performance while upholding presentation standards and omnichannel initiatives across the store.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team management or supervision in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and engage the team in upholding high service standards.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with physical capacity to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and develop a high-performing team on the sales floor.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and prioritize satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and support store goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
