Job summary

Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and motivate a team while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will drive daily operations, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring brand standards across the store.

You’ll influence performance by monitoring KPIs, managing inventory and visual merchandising, and supporting omnichannel initiatives. The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in team management or supervision in a retail environment.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and engage the team.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain performance under pressure and drive sales.
• Proven ability to lead a team toward objectives.
