Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking a Key Holder to support management in creating a welcoming, customer-focused store environment. You will engage customers, assist on sales floor, help in fitting room, and complete transactions with reliability and attention to detail.

You will contribute to smooth operations, maintain standards, and provide styling advice while working evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales or customer service.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build loyalty.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at checkout.
• Use product knowledge and promotions to drive add-on sales.
• Maintain merchandising standards and keep the sales floor visually appealing.
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Offer styling advice and contribute to an engaging environment.
