You will mentor associates, uphold visual standards, manage scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention while promoting fashion-forward service and a welcoming environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team toward goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of store operations including scheduling and cash management.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of trends.
• Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS systems and MS Office.
• Flexible availability; evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist day-to-day operations, policy compliance, cash management and scheduling.
• Maintain high merchandising and visual standards.
• Coach and develop the team through training and feedback.
• Promote effective communication with Store Manager.
• Collaborate with management to align priorities and communicate actions.
• Lead on the sales floor, resolve customer concerns and reflect service standards.
