Job summary

Chatters Hair Salon in Lethbridge, Alberta is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail and salon operations, coach the team, and ensure a welcoming, high-performing experience for every guest.

You’ll schedule, handle payroll, inventory, and bookings while maintaining Chatters’ standards, sharing product knowledge, and stepping in as a leader to solve problems and grow the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail leadership experience.
• Passion for beauty and customer service.
• Strong communication and organization.
• Time management and multitasking ability.

• Comfort with POS systems and basic software.
• Flexible evenings/weekends availability.

• Support daily retail and salon operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
