Job summary

Chatters is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Village Green Mall Salon in Vernon, BC. You will support daily retail and salon operations, lead a team to meet sales targets, and build strong customer relationships in a welcoming environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with POS systems. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs.
