Chatters, a beauty retailer and salon, seeks an Assistant Store Manager for Park Royal Mall, West Vancouver, to oversee daily retail and salon operations and ensure a welcoming experience.

You will coach a team, drive sales and service goals, manage scheduling and inventory, and maintain an inviting, well merchandised salon. Strong communication and leadership are essential, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
