Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership is seeking a Store Manager in Winnipeg to lead daily retail and salon operations with a focus on delivering an elevated customer experience.

You will coach a high-performing team, manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and budgeting, and ensure the salon aligns with Chatters’ standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven success leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing operations.
• Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented leadership style.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Salon experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Store Manager based out of Winnipeg to support our Winnipeg locations.
