Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership in Lethbridge, Alberta is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail and salon operations, ensuring a welcoming and high-energy customer experience.

You will coach and motivate the team, manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and bookings, and model Chatters’ standards while solving problems to positively impact customers and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
