Job summary

Chatters is seeking a Store Manager for the Camrose Commons location in Camrose, Alberta. You will lead daily retail and salon operations, coach a high-performing team, and own scheduling, payroll, inventory, and budgeting to deliver an elevated customer experience.

You will build customer relationships, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement while hiring, onboarding, and developing staff on the floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven success leading teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable leadership style; salon experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Store Manager at our Camrose Commons location in Camrose, Alberta.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience
