Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Limeridge Mall location in Hamilton, Ontario. You will lead daily retail and salon operations, coach the team, and ensure a welcoming customer experience.

Role requires at least 1 year of retail leadership, passion for beauty, and strong communication. Evening and weekend availability is expected, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support daily retail and salon operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
• Lead by example, coaching and motivating team members to achieve sales and service goals.

• Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and customer appointment bookings.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised salon that meets Chatters’ standards.
• Share product knowledge and support training, onboarding, and development of team members.
• Step in as a leader when needed, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact customers and the team.
