Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership seeks a Store Manager for the Guildford Town Centre location in Surrey, BC. You will lead daily retail and salon operations, oversee scheduling and payroll, and drive a premier customer experience while upholding Chatters’ standards.

You’ll build a high-performing, service-oriented team, manage inventory, and mentor staff to achieve sales and service targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven success leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing operations.
• Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Salon experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
