Bannister Automotive Group is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for Bannister Hyundai Chilliwack in Chilliwack, BC. Lead a sales team, coach staff, and drive performance to meet targets in a dynamic automotive showroom environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of automotive sales experience (leadership experience is an asset).
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support and coach the Sales team to meet individual and department targets.
Monitor inventory, sales inquiries, and lead follow-up across platforms.
Guide team members on customer service, sales processes, and performance tracking.
Attend and contribute to sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Maintain a clean, professional showroom and uphold dealership sales standards.
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals.
