Job summary

Abbotsford Hyundai, part of the Trotman Auto Group, is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences in Abbotsford, BC.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance monitoring, and close collaboration with consultants to close deals, maintain satisfaction, and stay current on inventory and financing options. Full-time with full commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales management and a proven track record.
• BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Valid VSA license.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and Dealer Socket CRM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coach Sales Consultants to meet targets.
• Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling inquiries.
• Manage customer interactions to maintain high satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on inventory, financing options, and industry trends.
• Measure and report sales performance against plans.

About the Role:

The Sales Manager oversees the sales team, ensures departmental targets are achieved and maintains high customer satisfaction.

Schedule : Full-Time

Compensation : $100,000 - $200,000 (Full Commission)

Who you are:

• Experience : Minimum 5 years of Automotive Sales Management with a proven track record
• License : Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Certification : Valid VSA license.
• Customer Skills : Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Tech Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket.

What your day will look like:

• Performance Monitoring and Coaching: Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance, train and coach the sales team to meet sales targets.
• Sales Support: Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries
• Customer Interaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by managing customer issues and escalations effectively.
• Inventory and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and industry trends.
• Metrics and Reporting: Measure and report sales metrics, monitor actual performance against plans.
