Bannister Automotive Group in Chilliwack, BC, is hiring a Senior Service Advisor to join Bannister Hyundai. If you’re organized, customer-focused and thrive in a team setting, this is the opportunity for you.

You’ll greet customers, document concerns, coordinate with technicians, manage service orders, and use CDK/PBS systems while aiming for top customer satisfaction. Full-time hours Monday to Friday with Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with dealership software and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the service experience with professionalism and care
• Clearly document vehicle concerns and communicate service recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Keep customers informed with timely updates and transparent repair timelines
• Process repair orders, warranty claims, and invoices with attention to detail
• Use dealership systems (CDK/PBS) to manage appointments and follow-up
• Meet service targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
