Bannister Cadillac Kelowna is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead our sales operations. You will set and execute sales plans, coach a driven team, and analyze market trends to refine pricing and strategies.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive sales leadership, strong budgeting and forecasting ability, and a valid driver’s license. This full-time position offers competitive wages, benefits, and growth opportunities within Bannister Automotive Group.

Qualifications

3–5 years automotive sales leadership experience.
Strong financial and analytical acumen; capable of forecasting and budgeting.
Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills.
Skilled in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans.
Valid driver’s license with clear abstract.
Full-time availability including occasional weekend coverage.

Responsabilités

Set and execute sales plans and quotas in alignment with company goals.
Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to maximize performance.
Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to refine tactics.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
Build and maintain strong customer and insurer relationships to foster loyalty.
