Job summary

Bannister Automotive Group in Dawson Creek, BC, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Bannister Ford Dawson Creek sales team. If you’re organized, data-driven, and ready to drive performance, this is your opportunity to shape the store’s results and customer experience.

You will set sales plans, coach staff, analyze market trends, manage staffing and workflow, and build strong relationships with customers and insurers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and 3–5 years of automotive sales experience (2+ years in management).
• Strong financial and analytical acumen - capable of forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills.
• Skilled in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans.
• Valid driver’s license with clear abstract.
• Full-time availability, including occasional weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales plans and quotas in alignment with company goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to maximize performance.
• Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to refine tactics.
