Bannister Chevrolet Penticton is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to lead our busy automotive sales team. You will generate deals, follow up with customers, and coach on the showroom floor.

The role requires previous automotive sales or sales management experience, strong negotiation and closing skills, and excellent communication. A valid driver's license is a must. We offer a competitive compensation package and a supportive team environment.

Responsabilités

• Create sales campaigns and generate booked appointments
• Follow up with customers daily and make sure no opportunity is missed
• Call every customer and stay on top of leads, prospects and opportunities
• Work directly with customers and the Sales Team to structure and close deals
• Work deals from start to finish while maximizing gross and customer satisfaction
• Appraise and structure vehicle trades
• Work closely with Finance to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Help build a positive, high performance sales environment
• Be hands on, lead by example and stay active on the sales floor
