Job summary

White Spot is seeking an Assistant Manager to serve as the General Manager's right hand in a high-volume Canadian restaurant. You will oversee day-to-day shift management, hire and train team members, and ensure service excellence, cleanliness, and food safety while driving financial performance.

With a passion for guest experience and a proven leadership background, you’ll lead a team of 50–100 and help promote the brand in the local market, contributing to a friendly, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
• Passion for service and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements.
• A proven record of training and developing a team.
• A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements.
• High energy and a winning attitude.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
